What if I need to skip a week?
No problem. You can pause or skip anytime through your account. No fees, no hassle.
What's in a "bag"?
Each bag holds up to 35 lbs — roughly 2–3 standard loads of laundry. We provide the bag.
Can I add special instructions?
Absolutely. Cold wash only, hang-dry delicates, separate colors — just tell us and we'll follow your preferences every time.
What area do you deliver to?
We currently serve Williamsburg and surrounding neighborhoods in Brooklyn. Enter your address when you sign up and we'll confirm coverage.
