How does pickup & delivery work?
Pick your day when you subscribe. Leave the bag outside your door by the scheduled time - we grab it, clean it, and have it back within 24 to 48 hours. No app, no scheduling games.
What's in a bag?
Each bag holds up to 20 lb - roughly two to three standard loads. We provide the bag.
Where do you deliver?
Williamsburg and surrounding neighborhoods in Brooklyn. Drop your address in at signup and we'll confirm coverage.
Can I skip a week or cancel?
Yes to both. Pause, skip, or cancel anytime through your account. No fees, no contracts.
Can I add special instructions?
Cold wash, hang-dry delicates, separate colors, fragrance-free detergent - tell us once and we'll follow it every time.
What are the subscription plans?
Four tiers - Starter (1 bag/mo), Regular (2 bags), Weekly (4 bags, most popular), and Works (8 bags). Most households land on Weekly at $37.50 a bag versus $61.25 pay-as-you-go.
Do you do commercial work?
Yes - restaurants, gyms, med spas, salons, and boutique hotels. Volume work, consistent turnaround. Request a quote and we'll come back within a business day.
What about dry cleaning?
Drop-off dry cleaning is available alongside wash & fold. Standard turnaround 3-5 business days, rush options on request.
